This course is ideal for individuals seeking to become skilled, confident, and versatile yoga teachers.
- Applicants must possess a good level of fitness and flexibility.
- You must hold an RYT 200 certificate to enroll in this course.
- If you are already a yoga teacher with 1-2 years of teaching experience but do not have a 200-hour YTT certification from Yoga Alliance, you are still welcome to join the course. However, you will not be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance, USA.

This training will be conducted online, allowing you to attend from the comfort of your home. We use Zoom or a similar platform for the sessions. The course duration is flexible:
- Standard Duration: 60-90 days if you attend two sessions of 2-3 hours each per day.
- Extended Duration: Up to 3 months if attending one session daily.
- Flexible Schedule: You can also choose to attend at your convenience, in which case the training may take longer to complete.
All training materials, including manuals and reading materials, will be sent via email or WhatsApp. Teachers will be available on WhatsApp to answer questions related to postures and other topics.
Throughout the course, students are required to teach 5 hours of classes to their batch mates. Exams and quizzes will cover philosophy, anatomy, and other key topics.
Exam & Certification
This yoga certification course will be evaluated through a combination of practical exams, theoretical exams, written assessments, classroom participation, and observation during classes. At the end of the training, an exam will assess your teaching practices and overall yoga knowledge. Applicants must achieve the required marks to pass the exam. Full attendance and active participation in all course activities are mandatory to receive the certification.
Upon successful completion, you will receive an RYT 300 certificate from Yoga8Limbs, which allows you to register with Yoga Alliance. Once registered, you can begin your membership and teach yoga globally by visiting the Yoga Alliance website.

The main difference between the 2 courses is that the 200 hour is a beginner to intermediate level course whereas the 300 hour is an intermediate to advanced level course and builds upon the foundation topics learned in 200 hours.
