Yoga8Limbs offers an immersive online 200-hour Ashtanga/Hatha Yoga Teacher Training course. This training covers the Primary Series asanas, vinyasa of Mysore-style Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and much more. Dive deep into Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Bandhas, Chakras, and Nadis, along with Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Sutras, Anatomy, Teaching Practices, and practice classes designed to build your confidence as a yoga teacher.
The course is fully online, allowing you to train from the comfort of your own home. Yoga8Limbs, based in the beautiful beach destination of Agonda, South Goa, regularly hosts in-person training, but this online program brings the same high-quality instruction directly to you.

This 12-week online Yoga Teacher Training can be attended from the comfort of your home, using Zoom or a similar platform. You will participate in daily sessions, 6 days a week, with a flexible schedule designed to suit your time zone. All training materials, including the manual and reading materials, will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

To be eligible for Yoga Alliance certification, 100% attendance is required. Throughout the course, teachers will be available on WhatsApp for guidance on postures and other topics. At the end of the program, students must teach a 1-hour class to their batch mates and complete exams/quizzes on topics like philosophy and anatomy.

Exam & Certification
This yoga certification course will be evaluated through a combination of practical exams, theoretical exams, written assessments, classroom participation, and observation during classes. At the end of the training, an exam will assess your teaching practices and overall yoga knowledge. Applicants must achieve the required marks to pass the exam. Full attendance and active participation in all course activities are mandatory to receive the certification.
Upon successful completion, you will receive an RYT 200 certificate from Yoga8Limbs, which allows you to register with Yoga Alliance. Once registered, you can begin your membership and teach yoga globally by visiting the Yoga Alliance website.
